  • Participate in the defense and prosecution of claims under the Residential Construction Liability Act, including property inspections; selection and hiring of expert witnesses (e.g., structural engineers; surveyors; and flooring, HVAC, and water-penetration specialists); and the exchange of substantive written communications with insurers and opposing counsel
  • Advise subsidiary of multi-national manufacturer in workout of factory construction contract
